Paragraph blocks drive the live preview and the document logic. A Word file is optional per template — when attached, generation uses the Word file for export formatting (letterhead, fonts, page layout) with field values filled in. When no Word file is attached, the app builds the export directly from blocks (basic formatting only). Word files are stored in the templates bucket and use Docxtemplater tags like {company_name}.
